B’Zone Kalolsavam
Venue: National College of Arts and Science College, Puliyavu Participants: 10 students from CICS College
On 27th January 2025, 10 students from CICS College, went to participate in the B.Zone Kalolsavam along with 3 Union members, held at National College of Arts and Science College, Puliyavu. The students traveled by train and were provided with bus service from the railway station to the college. After arriving at the college by 9:30 a.m., the students completed the registration process.
Although the program faced a one-hour delay, the students were eager to participate in various events. The events in which CICS College students participated included:
1. Story Writing (English)
2. Story Writing (Malayalam)
3. Story Writing (Hindi)
4. Quiz Competition
5. Photography
6. Collage Competition
7. Embroidery
The students showcased their talents and skills, and their hard work paid off with notable achievements. Ms. Afrah Mohamed Raoof secured the second prize in the Collage competition, while Ms. Sana Amal won the third prize in Embroidery. In the Quiz Competition, Mr. Muhammad Ashiq, Mr. Muhammad Adhil T.K, and Mr. Azeem Irfan performed well, securing the 12th position out of 45 competing teams. Their teamwork and knowledge were commendable.
The overall experience was enjoyable, and many students had new experiences that will stay with them. The participation in B.Zone Kalolsavam provided a valuable platform for the students to showcase their talents, develop their skills, and interact with students from other colleges.
The participation of CICS College students in the B.Zone Kalolsavam was a resounding success. The students demonstrated their talents, and their achievements were a testament to their hard work and dedication. The experience provided a valuable opportunity for the students to grow, learn, and develop their skills.
