MATHEMATICS QUIZ PROGRAMME
In celebration of National Mathematics week, a quiz completion was conducted by the Mathematics Department, CICS College of Teacher Education, Mathara, Kozhikode in collaboration with Madhava Ganitha Kendram Vidhyabhyasa Vikasa Kendram keralam, on 19th December 2024 to encourage students’ enthusiasm for Mathematics and to enhance their problem solving skills. A total of 25 questions covering mathematical concept was received from Madhava Ganitha Kendram. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students of four optional subjects, who formed teams to compete against each other.

Results
After a fierce competition, the Physical Science Department emerged victorious, securing the first prize. The winners demonstrated exceptional mathematical skills and teamwork, solving problem with speed and accuracy.
Conclusion
The mathematics quiz programme was a resounding success, promoting a spirit of healthy competition and mathematical excellence among students. CICS College of Teacher Education congratulates the winners and appreciate the participation of all students.
